Analytics & Session Replay Notice

Effective 7 September 2026 · enta is operated by Maestro Hq Limited.

1. Optional product analytics

enta uses PostHog as a product analytics platform only after a visitor chooses to allow analytics. Essential storefront, account, checkout, order, legal and support functions remain available when analytics is declined.

2. What we measure

With permission, enta may measure privacy-limited page and product-area visits, feature adoption, funnels, retention, performance signals, product feedback submission metadata, session quality and responses to short product surveys. For signed-in seller and supplier accounts, the PostHog person profile may also include account identifiers such as email address, phone number, business name, account role, plan, account status and an internal enta account identifier. This lets us understand which real account is experiencing product friction instead of seeing only anonymous traffic.

3. Session replay safeguards

Where session replay is enabled, enta masks form inputs and marks sensitive content for masking. Replay is stopped entirely on seller onboarding, signed-in seller and supplier workspaces, administration, authentication, checkout, and protected buyer-order pages. Replay is intended for non-sensitive public product experiences, not account, payment or protected commerce records.

4. Data we do not intentionally send to product analytics

  • Passwords or authentication secrets.
  • Card or payment credentials.
  • Settlement-account details.
  • Protected buyer-order access tokens.
  • Full free-text feedback messages or follow-up email addresses as analytics event properties.
  • Private admin records.

Signed-in account email, phone number and business name are used only as consented PostHog person-profile properties; they are not added to ordinary commerce event properties.

5. Surveys

PostHog may be used to display short in-product surveys after analytics permission is given. Survey participation is voluntary. Product survey answers are used to improve enta and do not replace formal complaint, refund, buyer-protection or privacy-rights channels.

6. Your choice

You can allow analytics, choose essential-only use, or reopen Analytics choices from the footer to change your preference. Declining optional analytics does not affect the core service. If analytics permission is withdrawn or a signed-in session ends, enta resets the local PostHog identity before continuing anonymous or essential-only use.

7. Processing and rights

Analytics providers may process limited technical information and the consented account-profile properties described above outside Nigeria. enta applies the same lawful-transfer, security and data-subject-rights commitments described in the Privacy Notice. Privacy requests can be sent to maestrotechng@gmail.com.
