Prohibited Products & Acceptable Use

1. Prohibited or restricted listings

• Illegal goods or goods whose sale is prohibited by applicable law.
• Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, expired, unsafe or materially mislabelled goods.
• Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs and other inherently dangerous or regulated items that enta does not support.
• Pornographic material, exploitative content or goods that unlawfully infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Products subject to a regulatory approval that the seller or supplier cannot lawfully provide.

2. Deceptive practices

• False discounts, fake scarcity, fabricated testimonials or manipulated reviews.
• Misleading health, safety, origin, performance or regulatory claims.
• Off-platform payment diversion intended to bypass enta buyer protection.
• Impersonation, account abuse, harassment, fraud or misuse of personal data.

3. Enforcement

enta may reject or remove a listing, hold a transaction, restrict account access or escalate a matter where there is a credible legal, safety, fraud or marketplace-policy concern.
