Effective 5 September 2026 · version 2026-09-05
Seller Terms
Commercial, fulfilment, pricing, consumer and payout obligations for enta sellers.
1. Seller role
You operate the customer-facing storefront and are the retail seller for purchases made through it. You may sell products you own or eligible products sourced from the enta catalogue.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the offers presented to buyers even when a supplier fulfils a catalogue item.
2. Listings and stock
- Describe products accurately, including material characteristics, condition, variants and limitations.
- Maintain accurate stock and stop promoting unavailable products.
- Do not use false discounts, fabricated scarcity or unsupported product claims.
- Do not list counterfeit, infringing, unsafe, recalled or prohibited goods.
3. Pricing and seller economics
When setting a price, enta may show a pricing preview containing product VAT where applicable, enta fees, source cost and estimated seller take-home. Buyer-side payment-provider charges are not included as seller deductions.
Applicable payment-provider collection charges under the current fee policy are borne by the buyer. You remain responsible for choosing a lawful and commercially sustainable selling price.
4. VAT and tax treatment
Products can be configured with standard, zero-rated or exempt treatment where supported. Sellers are responsible for the correctness of the tax classification and for their own tax, invoicing, bookkeeping and regulatory obligations.
Customer VAT collected through checkout is not treated as seller merchandise earnings.
5. Delivery
For seller-owned products, you can configure delivery fees by State and optional LGA. The applicable fee is added to the buyer’s prepaid checkout total and is allocated to the seller’s fulfilment economics.
For supplier-sourced products, the supplier or supported fulfilment source controls the applicable fulfilment rate. Do not promise pay on delivery in the current release.
6. Exact-product fulfilment
Before dispatching a seller-owned order, verify the package against the paid product, selected option and quantity and record the required dispatch reference/evidence. Marking Delivered is a delivery claim and starts buyer confirmation; it does not by itself release settlement.
7. Customer relationship and disputes
Respond to buyers, cooperate with order reports, returns and refunds, and provide remedies required by applicable law. Do not use WhatsApp or another channel to divert an enta-originated purchase into an off-platform payment.
8. Earnings, holds and payouts
A paid sale is not automatically withdrawable. Seller net earnings can reflect source cost, enta fees and legitimate transaction or settlement adjustments. Buyer-side payment-provider collection charges are not deducted from new seller payouts under the current fee policy. Seller-owned delivery revenue is included where applicable.
Payout eligibility can remain blocked during buyer confirmation, an open standard return window, an active return, dispute, refund, chargeback, fraud review or lawful hold. Repeated verified complaints may trigger payout review or suspension.
9. Verified reviews
Eligible completed purchases can generate public verified reviews. Sellers must not manipulate, buy, suppress or retaliate against genuine reviews.
