Supplier Terms
Rules for suppliers who provide catalogue inventory and fulfilment to enta sellers.
1. Supplier role
Suppliers provide inventory and fulfilment to the seller network. Suppliers do not operate customer-facing enta storefronts and do not create or distribute buyer-facing enta product links.
2. Catalogue accuracy
- Provide accurate source price, stock, variants, specifications and images.
- Keep stock and pricing current.
- Do not supply counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, expired, stolen or prohibited goods.
- Notify enta promptly about material product, stock or safety issues.
3. Delivery pricing
Suppliers can configure delivery fees by State and optional LGA, including product-specific overrides where supported. The resolved fee is included in the buyer’s prepaid checkout total.
Pay on delivery is not part of the current launch.
4. Fulfilment evidence
For each paid supplier order, verify the exact product, option and quantity before dispatch and record the required package note and tracking or dispatch reference.
A supplier delivery update must be truthful and timely. Marking delivered is a delivery claim and does not automatically release supplier settlement.
5. Buyer issues, returns and refunds
Suppliers must cooperate with investigations into non-delivery, wrong item, damage, defects, authenticity concerns and other fulfilment failures. Where a refund is attributable to supplier conduct or product non-compliance, applicable supplier earnings may be held, reversed or offset as permitted by law and transaction evidence.
6. No circumvention
Do not use fulfilment data to bypass the seller, solicit the seller’s customer directly, divert the sale or misuse buyer personal information. Buyer data received for fulfilment may be used only for that fulfilment and lawful related obligations.
7. Payouts and risk controls
For an eligible supplier order, the supplier payout is the product or wholesale amount due to the supplier plus the applicable supplier delivery amount. enta does not deduct the seller service fee from supplier sales. Only legitimate settlement adjustments, including approved refunds, dispute outcomes, chargebacks, fraud controls or legally required deductions, may reduce or hold supplier settlement.
Supplier payouts require settlement-eligible earnings. enta may pause payouts for active disputes, returns, refunds, fraud concerns, repeated verified complaints, legal requirements or other legitimate operational holds.
