Buyer help

Checkout, delivery and protection.

Checkout & payment

Understand what you pay and how checkout works.

What will I see before I pay?

Checkout shows the product amount, VAT where applicable, delivery and the enta order total. The payment provider may add its applicable processing charge before you finally confirm payment. Delivery can change based on the State and LGA entered for the order.

Can I pay on delivery?

Not in the current release. enta checkout is prepaid so payment, order protection, delivery evidence, returns and refunds remain connected to one transaction record.

How is payment processed?

enta currently uses Flutterwave for checkout. Applicable payment-provider processing charges are borne by the buyer. Always pay through the enta checkout instead of transferring money privately to a seller or supplier.

Delivery & buyer protection

Track delivery and confirm what you received.

Where do I track my order?

After a successful payment, enta provides a protected order link. Transactional order emails can also link back to the same protected page.

How do I confirm delivery?

When the seller, supplier or fulfiller marks the order delivered, open the protected order page and tap Confirm received. The page refreshes automatically when delivery status changes.

What if something is wrong?

Use Report a problem instead of confirming receipt. You can choose the issue and attach a photo. A written explanation is optional where the image clearly shows the problem.

How long is the protection window?

There is an initial 48-hour delivery-confirmation period. enta also uses a standard seven-day return-request window where applicable. These operational windows do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Returns, refunds & reviews

What happens after delivery.

How do I request a return?

Use the protected order page. Choose a return reason and add either a photo or a short explanation. Approved returns can be tracked with a return dispatch reference.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds move through the payment-provider workflow and can take time to appear depending on the provider and bank. The order page and notifications show the latest status.

Can I review my purchase?

Yes. After protected delivery is completed, you can choose a 1–5 star rating and leave an optional comment. Eligible published reviews appear as Verified buyer reviews on the seller storefront.

Seller help

Products, pricing, delivery and earnings.

Products & your store

Sell your own products or eligible catalogue products.

Can I sell products I own?

Yes. Sellers can upload, price, publish and fulfil their own products.

Can I also sell supplier products?

Yes, when your plan includes catalogue access. You can choose eligible catalogue products, set your selling price and publish them in your own enta storefront.

Who shares product links?

The seller shares the buyer-facing store and product links. Suppliers provide catalogue inventory and fulfilment; they do not distribute buyer-facing enta product links.

Can I sell through social media?

Yes. Share your enta product or store links through channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and community conversations. Keep product claims accurate and move payment back to enta checkout.

Pricing, VAT & earnings

Understand the real economics before you publish a price.

What does the price preview show?

The seller price preview shows seller-relevant economics such as product VAT where applicable, enta fees, source cost and estimated seller take-home. Buyer-side payment-provider charges are not included as seller deductions.

Does Flutterwave processing reduce my seller payout?

Not for new transactions under the current fee policy. Applicable Flutterwave collection charges are borne by the buyer. Your seller payout view only shows charges and deductions that actually affect your own earnings.

How is VAT handled?

Products can use standard, zero-rated or exempt treatment where supported. The current standard-rate configuration is 7.5%. Sellers remain responsible for using the correct tax treatment for their products.

Where do I see my actual earnings?

Use Seller → Earnings. The ledger separates source cost, enta fees and any other seller-relevant adjustment so the seller net can be reconciled without exposing buyer-side checkout charges.

Seller-owned delivery

Charge delivery at checkout for products you fulfil yourself.

How do I set a delivery fee?

Open Seller → Delivery and create a rate by State, optional LGA and optionally a specific seller-owned product.

How does enta choose the delivery fee?

enta uses the most specific matching rule: product + LGA, product + State, all seller-owned products + LGA, then all seller-owned products + State.

Does the buyer pay delivery at checkout?

Yes. The resolved delivery fee is included in the buyer’s prepaid total. For a seller-owned product, that delivery revenue is included in seller fulfilment economics.

Orders, protection & reviews

Fulfil accurately and protect buyer trust.

What must I do before shipping my own product?

Verify the exact paid product, selected option and quantity, add the required package note and record a tracking or dispatch reference before marking the order shipped.

Does marking Delivered release my money?

No. It starts buyer confirmation. Payout can still be blocked by the buyer-confirmation period, standard return window, active return, dispute, refund or risk review.

Can buyers review my store?

A buyer can leave a verified review after protected delivery is completed. Recent verified reviews and the rating summary are shown publicly on the storefront.

Supplier help

Catalogue, delivery and fulfilment.

Catalogue & seller network

Make inventory available to sellers.

What is the supplier role?

Suppliers are manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers or other businesses that provide catalogue inventory and can fulfil valid orders.

How do sellers use my products?

Approved products can be discovered by eligible sellers, added to their stores and sold through each seller’s own customer-facing storefront.

Do suppliers share buyer links?

No. Sellers own the buyer-facing link and retail relationship. Suppliers operate through the catalogue and fulfilment workflow.

Supplier delivery

Set location-based delivery rates and fulfil accurately.

How do I configure delivery fees?

Open Supplier → Delivery and set rates by State, optional LGA and optional product. enta resolves the most specific applicable supplier rate during checkout.

When does the buyer pay delivery?

The buyer pays the resolved supplier delivery fee as part of the prepaid enta checkout total.

How is my supplier payout calculated?

Your eligible supplier payout is the product or wholesale amount due to you plus the applicable delivery amount. enta does not deduct the seller service fee from supplier sales. Only a legitimate adjustment that directly affects settlement, such as an approved refund, dispute outcome or legally required deduction, should reduce the amount shown to you.

What must I record before dispatch?

Verify the exact product, selected option and quantity, add the required package note and record tracking or dispatch evidence. Keep fulfilment status current until delivery.

Does a delivery claim release supplier settlement?

No. Supplier settlement remains protected through buyer confirmation and can remain held for a return, dispute, refund or risk review.

Read the current marketplace terms, buyer protection, returns, privacy and role-specific policies.
