HOW IT WORKS
enta coordinates the commerce flow between buyers, sellers and suppliers while keeping the responsibilities around payment, fulfilment, delivery updates, returns and settlement clear.
The applicable checkout amount is processed through the configured payment provider.
Once payment is verified, the order enters enta’s order and fulfilment workflow.
The responsible supplier or seller fulfils the order and provides the required delivery updates.
Delivery confirmation, return conditions and settlement controls determine when the transaction is completed.

With permission, enta uses PostHog for product analytics, privacy-masked session replay and short product surveys. If you sign in, your analytics profile can include your email, phone number and business name so we can understand account-level product usage. Sensitive account, onboarding, checkout, protected-order and admin routes are excluded from replay. Essential commerce works either way.
